   Since I’m nursing my baby I use organic fennel and fenugreek to increase my milk supply, especially when I’m stressed. I like Organic Mother’s Milk tea as a drink throughout the day.

   I’ve used fenugreek too. I also take a hot shower with lavender aromatherapy to get my milk going if I have a hard time with letdown.

   My favorite tip is to take Tissue Salt #4, Ferrum Phos. at the first sign of a cold to help prevent it from taking hold. I also take 1000 mg of Vitamin C several times a day and the herb echinacea as well as elderberry syrup. That and extra sleep usually does it!
